James McDonald Linton - Senior Consultant
James Linton was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 1972 and is also admitted in the High Court of Australia. James was formerly a partner in the Property Division of a major Australia wide and international firm and joined Lane & Lane in 1997. James has extensive experience in all types of property matters ranging from large commercial developments involving major institutions and property developers to residential and smaller commercial properties including commercial and retail leasing. James also has an extensive practice in wills, probate and administration.
