James Lane - Partner
James was admitted to practice in 1990. After working at one of Australia's major law firms he joined Lane & Lane becoming a partner in 1999. James practices generally in the areas of corporate and commercial law, with a particular focus on sales and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity raisings, directors duties, franchising and agency and distribution arrangements. He acts for a range of both publicly listed and private companies. He is also on the board of a number of not for profit organisations, and in this capacity has developed a keen interest in corporate governance issues.
