Fiona Sephton - Licensed Conveyancer
Fiona Sephton has worked in property law at Lane & Lane for over 20 years.
In 2003 she established our Hornsby Office. In that capacity she has built up a substantial residential conveyancing practice.
She has completed the Conveyancing Law and Practice program at Macquarie University and has since been involved with the program in a tutorial capacity.
Fiona is well experienced in residential conveyancing and has, for a number of years, also acted for various Government authorities on the sale and acquisition of property. Fiona also acts on behalf of developers in respect of subdivisions and the creation of easements and covenants.
