Carol Baker - Senior Associate
Carol Baker was admitted as a solicitor in 1991. Her experience covers a broad spectrum of both commercial property and general commercial law dealings.
Carol joined Lane & Lane in 1999. She acts for a range of property and commercial clients in the private sector. She also acts extensively for State and Federal statutory authorities, most particularly in relation to the commercial property aspects of large scale railway infrastructure projects.
Prior to joining Lane & Lane, Carol worked for 14 years with a major national commercial law firm, primarily on real estate developments and banking and finance transactions.
