Bruce John Yahl – Senior Consultant
Bruce John Yahl was admitted as a solicitor in 1977 and commenced his law career with Freehills. He has extensive experience in the corporate and commercial area having worked as General Counsel and Executive Director for the Amalgamated Holdings Group comprising Greater Union cinemas, Rydges Hotels and the Thredbo Ski Resort and also as Group General Manager, Commercial and Legal for Aristocrat Leisure Limited. Bruce has worked on complex commercial matters including joint ventures, commercial sale and acquisition matters, cross border transactions, intellectual property matters, disputes resolution and corporate governance issues. He has extensive experience in all issues relating to the functioning of public/private company Boards of Directors having acted in both capacities.
